The Illusions of Falka

The Illusions of Falka is a literary and visual work by photographer Clara Diebler, exploring the fragile boundary between reality, memory and perception. Through Mara’s wandering across a shifting Paris, past and present begin to overlap: cities appear where they should not, lost voices return, and the body becomes the place where buried memories resurface. Between vertigo, desire, trauma and fleeting moments of grace, the photographs and text unfold as fragments of an inner landscape, where what has been lived refuses to disappear.
