Sébastien Leichtnam is a seasoned transformation leader and a recognized authority in the field of Servitization—the strategic evolution of industrial companies from product-centric models to service-driven value creation. With over two decades of international experience, Sébastien has led and developed service businesses across multiple sectors, including HVAC, Data Center, food packaging and processing, and industrial building automation. Economist of construction, he also hold an MBA frolm EDHEC Business School and is a Certified Board Director from Sciences Politique, Paris.
Currently serving as Chief Service Officer at FläktGroup, Sébastien spearheads the company’s global service strategy, driving growth through customer-centric solutions, digital enablement, and operational excellence.
